Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status within 3-5 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Exchanges

For size exchanges, please contact us at support@whydubs.com and we will arrange a replacement.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost.
